Muscle pain can come from a lot of things and you don’t have to be an athlete to experience it. If you sit for a long time at your desk then you probably have some tight spots that need releasing. This isn’t usually too hard though because if you are experiencing pain in an area then you will likely find the spot that is causing the trouble quite easily. Once you have found the spot you need to find the best way to put pressure on it with the ball. This is usually by sitting on it. It is quite easy to get a trigger point out if you are sitting on the ball. You will experience a little shock at first but you just need to relax and wait for the pain to die down. This means that the trigger point has loosened.
